10 Useful Android Tips And Tricks You Should Know.....
1.Disable App Notifications 
Bugged by annoying app notification that just keep coming? if you don't know already, these app notification also drain your phone's battery. if you want to turn them off , and  you  are on jelly bean 4.1 and above, here's how: 
    1.On  any of your unwanted notification in your notification bar,        long  person the notification for a message box to appear.
    2. Tap on app info >Unpick show notification >OK.


2.Disable Mobile Data

Whenever you don't need to stay connected, disabling the Mobile Data can help keep your smartphone battery from draining too quickly. Turning off mobile  data is as easy as:

   1. Going to Setting>Data Usage.

   2. Disable Mobile data by toggling the setting from ON to OFF.3.    Set Mobile Data Limit
Want to keep track of how far your usage the from your monthly mobile data limit?
if you have SCI and above , there is feature which lets you keep track of how much of the quota you have left. 

Choose your mode of transport
 Google maps has four  different modes of transport, which you can access by  tapping the icon  at the  bottom right of the screen. its  image depends on what's currently selected: if  it's set  to driving you'll see an icon of a car, if it's public transport you'll see a train, if its  private transport you'll see a taxi, if it's walking you'll see a person, and if it's cycling you'll see a cyclist. once you've tapped the icon you can change the mode by tapping the appropriate   

icon at  the top of the screen.

Avoid annoyances

On the same screen, tapping Options enables you to set additional criteria such as avoiding toll roads,
your  preferred kind  of public transport and whether you'er okay with lots of different bus  or  train transfers.

Another Favorited feature: if you'er travelling by public transit, Google Maps shows  you arrival and departure times for the various forms of transport available as well as the times of any transfers.

Save data with Wi-Fi-only mode

Now that you can download maps for offline use, this new feature is very useful for those who travel a lot or beginning to run out of mobile data before the end of the month.
Press on  the hamburger menu, open Settings and the second option (if you;er on Google Maps version 9.32 or higher) will read Wi-Fi only. toggle the switch to ensure that Google Maps only works when your on Wi-Fi, or otherwise relies on your downloaded offline areas.

1 . Block people from being able  to contact you.
    If someone is spamming you with  messages or you just want to make sure they can't see your             profile, go to to their profile click on the there dots to the far right,Select "block."
2. See everywhere you'er logged into Facebook and remotely log out.
    From the Facebook mobile app, tap the more tab then Settings, Security you'er logged into.
    From your Security Settings on Facebook's desktop site, the Where You'er logged in menu shows       active logins and lets you  end them.
3. Get alerted every time a login attempt is made for your account, and approve or  deny it. Facebook     login alerts and approvals can be enabled under Security Settings in the mobile app
    and desktop site. you can choose to get a Facebook notification or email whenever a login is made.     Login Approvals mean that you'll  have  to enter a secondary code sent to your phone be for                 logging into Facebook on a new device.

4.Adjust the number of notifications you get.

  You can customize exactly what kinds of notifications you get from Facebook, all the way  down        to updates  for  an event you've joined.
   It gets better;  notifications you want can be customized on the  desktop and your phone  separately.    Go to the ''notifications'' section of your account settings on the desktop and tweak away.
5. Turn off birthday notification.
      if you'er sick of Facebook notifying you about friends' birthdays every day, you can turn the                 notifications off.
     Go to the notifications tab in your account settings and turn the birthday option off.

6. Get a notification  every time a specific person posts  something.
    if  you want to keep tabs on someone's Facebook activity, you can get alerted every time they share something. just click the  ''Friends'' drop down from their profile on Facebook's desktop site and  ''Get Notifications.

7. Search for posts and photos liked or or commented on by a specific person.
     This takes stalking  to the next level: you  can search for posts liked or commented on by one of           your  friends.
8. Search for specific keywords and topics, not just profiles and pages.
    Facebook lets you  search for a lot more than just other peoples' profiles. Everything that's  publicly shared on the social network is searchable, which means that if you search for something like ''James Bond'' or ''iPhone 6s,'' you'll see related posts from news sources, friends, and  other pages.

9. Tell people how to pronouns your name correctly.
     Sick  of people pronouncing your name wrong? you can teach them on Facebook.
    While editing your profile on the desktop, go to  ''Details  About you'' to get started. you can also           add a nickname or maiden name for yourself to display with your profile.
10. Unfollow  people you don't want to see in your  News feed and don't want to completely unfriend.
      If you want to stop seeing  someone's posts  in your News feed but don't have the guts  to completely  unfriend them, you can unfollow them to hide their activity.
